It seems that Parc Life EC response might be mute as there are many buyers who know that previously Skypark Residences has launched and therefore buyers who are looking to buy an EC in Sembawang has already bought Skypark Residences and therefore not looking at Parc Life EC. Nevertheless, the developer for Parc Life, Fraser Centrepoint Homes, note that there are still buyers looking for Parc Life EC as the north area remains a vibrant hub
Parc Life EC should launch in around April and Fraser Centrepoint Homes is expecting a spillover of buyers into the development. More news will be announced soon.
